About Adrian Pearsall

Adrian Pearsall (1925-2011) was an American furniture designer and entrepreneur known for his innovative and iconic mid-century modern designs. Born on July 18, 1925, in Trumansburg, New York, Pearsall developed a passion for design at a young age.

Pearsall served in the United States Navy during World War II before attending the University of Illinois, where he studied architectural engineering. Following his graduation, he worked briefly in the architectural field before shifting his focus to furniture design.

In 1952, Pearsall co-founded Craft Associates, a furniture manufacturing company, with his brother Richard. Together, they embarked on a mission to create high-quality, stylish furniture that reflected the changing tastes and lifestyles of the post-war
