Tristan Govignon (b. 1970) is an American multimedia artist based in New York City. Originally from Boston MA, Govington spends his time between the United States and France and is a full-time artist with over 35 years of professional practice. “I create artworks to share what I consider to be the divine in nature. Affecting the mood of a place is extremely valuable and a privilege. I conceive commissioned artworks for existing environments and propose potential interventions that set the stage for new experiences.” Tristan Govignons artworks are presented in private and corporate collections across North America and Europe, including; The Marek, Lebanon, NH, Saxxon Partners, Old Frog Pond, Sculpture Park, Harvard, MA, FM Global, Foster Associated, KPMG, Hale and Dohr, Mass General Hospital and Spaulding Hospital.
