About Andrea Del Sarto

Andrea del Sarto, born Andrea d'Agnolo di Francesco di Luca di Paolo del Migliore, was an Italian painter of the High Renaissance period. He was born on July 16, 1486, in Florence, Italy, and is considered one of the most talented artists of his time.

Del Sarto received his early artistic training in the workshop of a goldsmith, where he learned the techniques of metalworking and engraving. However, his true passion lay in painting, and he soon joined the studio of Piero di Cosimo, a renowned Florentine painter.

In 1509, del Sarto became a member of the Florentine painters' guild, which further established his reputation as a skilled artist. His works were heavily influenced by the works of Leonardo da Vinci and Raphael, but del Sarto developed his own unique
